The TSC began working on a large infrastructure developer project in the Volga Federal district.

The project includes the development of a few transport and infrastructure projects of 1035 hectares of land.

The work will include justification of the construction of multi-modal transport-logistics centers of various levels and purposes, service centers, commercial and residential properties, recreational areas. An important element of the project will be the construction of a large international expo-center and hotel infrastructure.

During the first stage best options of setting out main high-speed railroads were justified with opportunities to create multi-modal connection hubs (railway - auto, railway - air, railway - auto - air for cargo). On the basis of preliminary research of demand for all types of property in the macroregion uniting several large agglomerations, land use planning has been done, taking into account the limitations.

The project will include financial-economic feasibility of investment projects, an architecture concept of best-use of the territory, a road-map and scheduled road-shows, and a fund raising program.

Over 12 clusters of properties of various types will be created. The estimated cost of attracted investments to the developed clusters will constitute up to 140 billion rubles.

The TSC team possesses professional competencies in strategic planning and support of developer and infrastructure projects of any complexity. Effective development of a region's transport system requires a balanced strategy that in the short term, in 10, 20 and more years will provide the region with infrastructure, outrunning demand in terms of all modes of transport.
Many large world regions, leaders in transport product volume and transshipment, handling transit and transfer passengers, started out by creating a development strategy for multimodal transport hubs (MTH) based at promising ports, stations, and airports.
Many regions are geographically remote and located away from large transport hubs. They are characterized by poor land transport infrastructure and have many unique characteristics that implicate a peculiar approach to transport planning.
The TSC's areas of expertise include professional strategic planning in IT, development of innovative IT solutions for transport, tourism, transport engineering.
One of the core activities of TSC is the design and turn-key implementation of territory development projects for areas adjacent to transport infrastructure facilities.
The Transport Strategy Center Consortium (TSC) provides expert consulting assistance to regional authorities and transport organizations in developing comprehensive strategies for the development of transport infrastructure projects and attracting public and private funding for their implementation.
