The experts of the Transport Strategy Center Consortium (TSC)  have completed the first stage of the project devoted to the development of a multimodal transport hub in the Middle East.
As part of the project, TSC has made a forecast of passenger and cargo traffic through the transport hub, determined the optimal types of transport for passengers, cargo and mail, substantiated the required parameters of the transport hub infrastructure for receiving and servicing the planned modes and types of transport.
As part of the first stage, marketing analysis has been performed, the condition and prospects of the transportation market development have been assessed, the target strategic indicators of the multimodal transport hub (MTH) have been determined, a target model of the MTH management and a commercial development plan have been elaborated.
The current condition of the transport hub facilities and the adjacent territory has also been analyzed, a master plan of the transport hub, an architectural concept of the MTH infrastructure development and a 3D visualization model of the major infrastructure objects have been prepared. When developing the architectural concept, national particularities and preferences have been taken into account.
A financial model and proposals for structuring the PPP deal have been developed taking into account the international and national legislation.
The work has been completed in a short time.
The team of TSC has professional expertise and practical experience in strategic planning of the development of transport and logistics operators, transport infrastructure, in development of territories and land plots, in master planning and in attracting investments.

Effective development of a region's transport system requires a balanced strategy that in the short term, in 10, 20 and more years will provide the region with infrastructure, outrunning demand in terms of all modes of transport.
Many large world regions, leaders in transport product volume and transshipment, handling transit and transfer passengers, started out by creating a development strategy for multimodal transport hubs (MTH) based at promising ports, stations, and airports.
Many regions are geographically remote and located away from large transport hubs. They are characterized by poor land transport infrastructure and have many unique characteristics that implicate a peculiar approach to transport planning.
The TSC's areas of expertise include professional strategic planning in IT, development of innovative IT solutions for transport, tourism, transport engineering.
One of the core activities of TSC is the design and turn-key implementation of territory development projects for areas adjacent to transport infrastructure facilities.
The Transport Strategy Center Consortium (TSC) provides expert consulting assistance to regional authorities and transport organizations in developing comprehensive strategies for the development of transport infrastructure projects and attracting public and private funding for their implementation.
