The Transport Strategy Center (TSC) has developed the development strategy for a transport hub in the North Caucasian Federal District of Russia.

The project included a complete analysis of the current status of the company's infrastructure, development of a marketing plan, a business operations development plan for dynamic exploration of new market segments, a facility development plan, including their feasibility study, capital expenses estimate, project's financial model design, an investment project events plan.

Also business valuation was conducted on the assumption of attracting a strategic investor for the project implementation. The business valuation was performed on the basis of a detailed financial model of the project.
