On July 24, 2023, the V Eurasian Aerospace Congress took place in Moscow. The global theme of the fifth congress is "Strategic changes in aerospace activities: new tasks and management challenges".

As part of the business program, leading representatives of the aerospace industry discussed the development of the industry in the context of critical global changes, issues of import independence, long-term development of the domestic aircraft industry, prospects for the development of low-orbit multi-satellite constellations of small spacecraft, scientific and technological interests and strategic changes in the aerospace industry, digitalization of the industry, personnel policy and other topics relevant to the aerospace industry.

The head of the Consortium, the Transport Strategy Center (TSC), Anton Koren, within the framework of the V Eurasian Aerospace Congress, took part as a moderator in the round table "The use of rotary-wing aircraft in the interests of transport accessibility of the Russian Federation."

Anton Koren also presented a report on the topic: "Strategic aspects of ensuring transport accessibility and aviation connectivity of the Russian Federation." The report outlined the features of the formation and ensuring the connectivity of the air transport network of the Russian Federation, presented forecasts for the development of the rotary-wing aircraft market, including taking into account the need for transition to new types, as well as taking into account the development of new promising VKLA. An analysis of the market demand for high-speed rotorcraft was presented, the features of the formation of a market for new equipment, the parameters of demand when creating types of equipment that are new to the civil aviation markets.

When assessing the dynamics of the number of helicopters in the fleet, taking into account write-offs, as well as with a forecast for the period up to 2050, Anton Koren identified niche segments in which demand for new equipment will be formed, promising parameters of the flight performance of new VKLA, financial and economic modeling of data operation types, taking into account the peculiarities of the formation of route networks.

Representatives of the Russian Helicopters Holding, the United Engine Corporation, the National Helicopter Building Center, the Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute, the State Research Institute of Civil Aviation, leading air carriers, including UTair Helicopter Services, also took part in the round table.

The outcome of the conference was the decision to continue the joint work of representatives of Russian Helicopters JSC, research institutions and aviation companies that operate helicopters to solve urgent problems in the development and launch of new advanced equipment on the market, including the formation of requirements for promising VKLA in terms of determining the flight performance and economic parameters of operation, taking into account the needs of airlines and customers of aviation operations, ensuring the joint development and harmonization of these requirements in the framework of scientific and practical research.

The congress partners were the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, State Corporation Roscosmos, State Corporation Rostec, Russian Academy of Sciences, PJSC United Aircraft Corporation, Russian Helicopters Holding.

The Eurasian Aerospace Congress is an important event for the aerospace industry, which contributes to the unification of the efforts of science, business and government in solving strategic and applied problems of the development of the aerospace industry, finding answers to current challenges and developing ways for the further development of the aerospace industry.

Effective development of a region's transport system requires a balanced strategy that in the short term, in 10, 20 and more years will provide the region with infrastructure, outrunning demand in terms of all modes of transport.
Many large world regions, leaders in transport product volume and transshipment, handling transit and transfer passengers, started out by creating a development strategy for multimodal transport hubs (MTH) based at promising ports, stations, and airports.
Many regions are geographically remote and located away from large transport hubs. They are characterized by poor land transport infrastructure and have many unique characteristics that implicate a peculiar approach to transport planning.
The TSC's areas of expertise include professional strategic planning in IT, development of innovative IT solutions for transport, tourism, transport engineering.
One of the core activities of TSC is the design and turn-key implementation of territory development projects for areas adjacent to transport infrastructure facilities.
The Transport Strategy Center Consortium (TSC) provides expert consulting assistance to regional authorities and transport organizations in developing comprehensive strategies for the development of transport infrastructure projects and attracting public and private funding for their implementation.
