The Transport Strategy Consortium (TSC) implements an innovative information and communication technology project

Intelligent transport systems (ITS) on trunk roads, in transport systems of cities in the modern world are indispensable prerequisites for the successful development of cities and inter-municipal service.  

Dynamic development of new data transfer technologies, geoinformation system integration, mobile operators and road service data providers encourage the creation of innovative products.

The TSC, developing a range of innovative IT solutions in the area of transport and passenger services, as well as providing services in strategic IT consulting, has initiated an innovative research for creating unparalleled city ITS.  The results of the research will include software and hardware appliances, providing new services and an integrative Automated traffic control system solution, based on integration with existing services and using new data transmission standards.

The solution is developed by an interdisciplinary team of the leading Russian experts, engineers, developers, mathematicians of the TSC and scientific research institutes.  The TSC provides general project management and coordination of development, financing and creation of a business project with an aim to be used in Russian cities and launched on the international market.
