Anton Koren, head of the TSC Consortium, General Director of the Center for Strategic Development in Civil Aviation (AVIACENTER) on air on the RBC TV channel, where the issue of transferring the shares of foreign investors in the management company of Pulkovo Airport to the management of the newly created Russian management company was discussed. On November 30, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree changing the ownership structure of the management company of Pulkovo Airport - Northern Capital Gateway (VVSS). The right to manage the asset will be temporarily withdrawn from foreign owners of VVSS: the right to dispose of their votes will be temporarily transferred to Russian legal entities. The transfer was required “in connection with the threat to the national interests and economic security of the Russian Federation,” which arose due to the violation of obligations by some foreign legal entities in connection with asset management, the decree says.
