TSC has planned comprehensive development of a regional transport company working in various market segments. The company's geographical outreach should cover most of Russia as well as a range of international destinations.

Transport Strategy Center (TSC) has provided route network and multi-modal transport feasibility studies, analyzed demand and demand switch from various types of transport, selected optimal fleet, modeled transport operations, provided economic and financial feasibility study of activity and determined sources of funding.

The work has been completed within tight schedule.
