The winners of the Eurasian Aviation Fuel Supply Award were determined based on the results of an expert evaluation in accordance with a list of objective, measurable criteria and qualitative characteristics of companies' activities based on the results of the past year.

The Eurasian Aviation Fuel Supply Award was established in 2020 to recognize aviation fuel supply operators, airlines, fuel service providers, vertically integrated oil companies, developers of innovative solutions, equipment suppliers, and other enterprises in the Eurasian region's industry that have demonstrated the best results in public, scientific, production, commercial, or other activities in the field of aviation fuel supply and innovative developments for the industry.
Among the Award winners are:

Gazprom Neft
Gazprom Neft makes a significant contribution to the development of sustainable aviation fuel in the Russian Federation.
The company's systematic approach to developing the aviation fuel market in Russia and its active participation in shaping the regulatory framework in the Russian Federation are noted.

Gazpromneft-Aero
In 2025, Gazpromneft-Aero confirmed its status as a technological leader in aviation fuel supply.
The company's network covers more than 100 airports in Russia and abroad, ensuring stable supplies. The company is the leader in Russia in terms of into-the-wing refueling.
The company continued the large-scale certification of its facilities according to Rosaviatsiya standards — 19 more enterprises have been included in the program, following the successful certification of seven complexes in 2024.
High fuel quality is ensured by multi-stage control, and the professionalism of the company's employees is confirmed by winning the final of the industry competition "Aviation Fuel Challenge."
At Sheremetyevo, tests of Russia's first electric refueler were successfully completed, and replication of this technology at other airports is planned.

LUKOIL-AERO
In 2025, LUKOIL-AERO successfully completed the implementation of the innovative DigitalRefueling project — the industry's first system for fully automating aircraft ordering, accounting, and refueling.
This digital platform has transferred key processes, including into-the-wing refueling, into a fully electronic format, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and high service speed.
This solution is already implemented and is being actively scaled up.
LUKOIL-AERO continues to set digital development standards, increasing supply reliability and service quality for airlines.

Effective development of a region's transport system requires a balanced strategy that in the short term, in 10, 20 and more years will provide the region with infrastructure, outrunning demand in terms of all modes of transport.
Many large world regions, leaders in transport product volume and transshipment, handling transit and transfer passengers, started out by creating a development strategy for multimodal transport hubs (MTH) based at promising ports, stations, and airports.
Many regions are geographically remote and located away from large transport hubs. They are characterized by poor land transport infrastructure and have many unique characteristics that implicate a peculiar approach to transport planning.
The TSC's areas of expertise include professional strategic planning in IT, development of innovative IT solutions for transport, tourism, transport engineering.
One of the core activities of TSC is the design and turn-key implementation of territory development projects for areas adjacent to transport infrastructure facilities.
The Transport Strategy Center Consortium (TSC) provides expert consulting assistance to regional authorities and transport organizations in developing comprehensive strategies for the development of transport infrastructure projects and attracting public and private funding for their implementation.
