The Transport Strategy Center (TSC) provided a range of consulting services relating to the strategic assessment of a potential new business area of focus and creation of a project business-plan for TUI – one of the largest successful international tour operators.
The project included comprehensive evaluation of a new business model of company’s transportation services, a detailed market and competition analysis, market research and benchmarking study of service characteristics on international markets, a detailed risk evaluation, stress tests and justification of economically sustainable models of providing services based on new principles, evaluating the efficiency of business model, financial feasibility study including expert assessment of suggested base parameters of the financial model, legal support and creating a legal plan of action, along with a range of other services.
In their review, TUI points out that "the services have been provided in a professional manner, in accordance with the ToR, within short timeframes, and on a high quality level. The TSC team of experts demonstrated profound professional knowledge of the project's subject matter."
